Hi, I'm Cody Bradley, an Online Transformation Coach dedicated to helping you defeat personal barriers and achieve your fitness goals. Having overcome my own struggles with addiction, depression, PTSD and my past experience of homelessness and Fentanyl Addiction on the downtown east side of Vancouver, and many years of PED usage, and experience, I know what it takes to rebuild your life, and transform your identity. I am passionate about inspiring others to lose fat, gain muscle, Optimize their Hormones and find joy in their personal journeys. My coaching style is dynamic and filled with humor, ensuring that our sessions are both effective and enjoyable.
